Candidates must take an examination or equivalent examination from a reputed board.
According to the Ministry of Human Resource Development published in the Official Gazette of India on 10/2015, all degrees / diplomas awarded by universities established under the law by the Parliament or the Provincial Legislature by the state of open study and distance learning. Institutions of national importance, declared as universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and automatically recognized for positions and services under the Central Government, must be approved by the Commission if they are University Grants.

User sections are:
11-14 years before 01-09-2014 (i.e. candidates were born on 02-04-1989 and then on 01-01-1914)
18-27 years 01-08-2019 (i.e. candidates before 02-08-1992 and not after 01-08-2001).

The application form should be submitted online only on the official website of any head office, i.e. at https: //ssc.nic.in. See Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 for this information for detailed instructions.

Fees can be paid through Bhim UPI, Net Banking VBI, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupee Credit or Debit Card or in cash at SBI branches at SBI.
Eligible candidates for SC (SC), Planned Tribe (ST), Disabled (Disabled) and Ex-Serviceman (ESM) reservations are exempted from payment.

SSC MTS Recruitment Course 2021
Testing includes computer based examination (sheet-1) and descriptive sheet (sheet-2).
The examination date given below is provisional. Any changes in the examination schedule will be notified to the candidate through the official person’s website and the first document will have objective type, numerous selection questions. The questions of second, third and fourth parts will be asked in English and Hindi. 13.3.2 The negative for each incorrect answer will be 0.25.
The answer key will be placed on the institute’s website (https://ssc.nic.in) after computer based testing. When the answer key is loaded, any representations regarding the answer key received within the time limit set by the committee will be examined and the decision of the committee will be final. After that, no presentation on answer key will be accepted.
The grades entered by the candidates in the first article will be generalized using the information number 1-1 / 2018-P and P dated 07-02-2019 for the formula and final decision published by the Commission using these standard symbols. Qualification and cut marks will be made.
Paper II
The second document will be of descriptive type in which the candidate has to write a short essay or speech in English or in any of the languages mentioned in Table VIII of the Constitution.
The second document will be selective only and aims to test the publisher’s native language skills in terms of classification and job requirements as Group C. However, if the marks obtained by the candidates in the second document are equal to the standard marks of more than one candidate in the first mark, it will be useful in determining the qualifications.
The second document will be kept only for those candidates who fulfill the conditions laid down in the first document for various documents.
