પાન કાર્ડને આધાર સાથે લિંક કરવાની અગાઉની છેલ્લી તારીખ 31મી માર્ચ 2022 હતી. જોકે સેન્ટ્રલ બોર્ડ ઑફ ડાયરેક્ટ ટેક્સિસ (CBDT) એ પરમેનન્ટ એકાઉન્ટ નંબર (PAN) કાર્ડને આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે લિંક કરવાની સમયમર્યાદા ત્રણ મહિના વધારીને 31 માર્ચ 2023 સુધી વધારી દીધી હતી.

આધાર-પાન લિંકિંગનું સ્ટેટ્સ કેવી રીતે ચકાસવું?

• સૌ પ્રથમ incometax.gov.in વેબસાઇટ ની મુલાકાત લો.
• https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/panaadhaarlink/forms/pan.html/panaadhaar આપેલ લીંક પર ક્લીક કરીને પણ સીધા ઓપન કરી શકો.
• તેમા ‘View Link Aadhaar Status’ વિકલ્પ શોધો.
• તમારો પાન અને આધાર નંબર દાખલ કરો, પછી ‘View Link Aadhaar Status’ પસંદ કરો.
• જો તમારું પાન તમારા આધાર સાથે જોડાયેલું હશે તો તમારી સ્ક્રીન પર એક મેસેજ દેખાશે.
• તમારો 10 અંકનો પાન નંબર > 12 આંકડાના આધાર નંબર સાથે લિંક થશે તે નંબર>.

પાનને તમારા આધાર સાથે લિંક કરવા માટેની પ્રોસેસ

• દેશના આવકવેરા વિભાગની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ની મુલાકાત લો
• હોમપેજ પર ‘Quick Links’ સેક્શન હેઠળ ઉપલબ્ધ ‘Link Aadhaar’ વિકલ્પ પર ક્લિક કરો.
  -ત્યારબાદ એક નવું પેજ ખુલશે જ્યાં તમારે તમારા પાન, આધાર નંબર અને તમારા આધાર કાર્ડ પર જણાવેલ તમારું નામ દાખલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• પેજ પર દેખાતા કેપ્ચા કોડને દાખલ કરો અને ‘Link Aadhaar’ બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.

Meanwhile, if you think that your PAN might be linked with your Aadhaar already, you can check this direct link to know the status.

You can link your PAN with your Aadhaar by the following process :

a) Open the Income Tax e-filing portal – https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/

b) Register on it (if not already done). Your PAN (Permanent Account Number) will be your user id.

c) Log in by entering the User ID, password, and date of birth.

d) A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to link your PAN with your Aadhaar. If not, go to ‘Profile Settings’ on the Menu bar and click on ‘Link Aadhaar’.

e) Details such as name date of birth and gender will already be mentioned as per the PAN details.

f) Verify the PAN details on the screen with the ones mentioned on your Aadhaar. Pls. note that if there is a mismatch, you need to get the same corrected in either of the documents.

g) If the details match, enter your Aadhaar number and click on the “link now” button.

h) A pop-up message will inform you that your Aadhaar has been successfully linked to your PAN

i) You may also visit https://www.utiitsl.com/ OR https://www.egov-nsdl.co.in/ to link your PAN and Aadhaar.
