Heat a cup of water. Then dip the green tea bag in it.
After 5 minutes remove the tea bag from the water. Allow the tea bags to cool slightly and then bake them on the cavity.
Bake in the same way with a tea bag for 2-3 minutes.
Guava leaves
Guava leaves can be used to get relief from this eye problem. Some of the ingredients present in these leaves can reduce eye irritation and provide relief from cavity problems. Hence, it is recommended to use it to get relief from constipation or biliousness problem. Guava leaves can be used in the following ways-
Keep one to two glasses of water to boil.
Take 5-6 guava leaves and clean them by washing them with water. After that, put it in boiling water.
Then let it boil for 10 minutes, take it off the flame.
