આ માત્ર એકીકૃત કટોકટી આરોગ્ય સંભાળ વ્યવસ્થાપનને સરળ બનાવશે નહીં પણ એમ્બ્યુલન્સમાં યોગ્ય પ્રી-હોસ્પિટલ સંભાળ પૂરી પાડીને
અને દર્દીઓ/પીડિતોને ટૂંકી શક્ય સમયમાં નજીકની સરકારી સુવિધામાં દાખલ કરીને વ્યાપક કટોકટી વ્યવસ્થાપન પ્રોટોકોલ અપનાવવામાં પણ મદદ કરશે. ગોલ્ડન અવર’ અને ‘પ્લેટિનમ ટેન મિનિટ્સ’.
ગુજરાતમાં 29મી ઓગસ્ટ 2007ના રોજ 14 એમ્બ્યુલન્સ સાથે અને 2016ના અંત સુધીમાં 585 એમ્બ્યુલન્સના સંપૂર્ણ કાફલા સાથે સરેરાશ એક લાખ વસ્તી દીઠ એક એમ્બ્યુલન્સ પૂરી પાડીને ઇમરજન્સી મેડિકલ સેવાઓ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી.
108 ઇમરજન્સી સેવાઓની હાલની માંગ અને લોકપ્રિયતાને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને, ગુજરાત સરકારે 108 ઇમરજન્સી સેવા માટે મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન શરૂ કરી છે.
સેવા કાર્યરત છે અને 24×7 મફત ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
How to use:
1) Install 108 Gujarat Application.
2) Make sure your device is GPS & GPRS enabled while calling 108 Gujarat helpline.
3) Follow the registration process.
4) The user can then call on 108 helpline number by clicking on the 108 button.
5) On calling, user’s current position along with registration details will be transmitted at 108 Emergency Response Centre where the 108 associate will be able to see user’s current position in Google maps and on requirement can send nearest ambulance.
7) After assignment of Ambulance User will receive confirmation with the Case ID
8) User can Track assigned Ambulance, Ambulance distance from the Caller location and Estimated Arrival Time of Ambulance by clicking on Track the Ambulance.
