Types of the Land Records in the Gujarat AnyRoR:

VF7: ગામનું ફોર્મ 7 એ 7/12 અથવા સાતબારા ઉતરા તરીકે સમજવામાં આવે છે. તમે તમારી જમીનની માહિતી, ચોક્કસ જમીનની માલિકીની વિગતો, બોજા અને અન્ય અધિકારોની વિગતો VF7 ફોર્મમાંથી મેળવી શકો છો.

VF 8A: ગામનું ફોર્મ 8A ખાટા માહિતી પ્રદાન કરે છે. આ પ્રકારથી તમે ખાટા નંબર અને માલિકની માહિતી મેળવી શકશો.

VF6: ગામનું ફોર્મ 6 એ રજિસ્ટર છે જે જમીનના રેકોર્ડમાં રોજબરોજના ફેરફારોને એકીકૃત કરવા માટે તલાટી અથવા ગ્રામ્ય એકાઉન્ટન્ટ દ્વારા જાળવવામાં આવે છે. આનો ઉપયોગ કરીને તમે એન્ટ્રી વિગતોમાં કોઈપણ ફેરફાર તપાસશો.

135 D: 135 D એ પરિવર્તનની સૂચના હોઈ શકે છે. એકવાર તમે મ્યુટેશન માટે અપીલ કરો, તલાટી નોટિસ 135D તૈયાર કરે છે. આ નોટિસ સંબંધિત સંબંધિત પક્ષકારો અને અન્ય રસ ધરાવતા પક્ષકારોને કોઈપણ વાંધા માટે આપવામાં આવે છે.

વેરિફિકેશન કોડ (કેપ્ચા) દાખલ કરો અને ઇચ્છિત રિપોર્ટ બનાવવા માટે “વિગત મેળવો” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.

How to get certified computerized copy of the Gujarat Land Records?

If you want computerized certified copy of  the 7/12 Utara, 8A or 6 entry follow the given steps here

• You must be  visit nearest e-Dhara Kendra. You can be find e-Dhara Knedra at local Taluka Mamlatdar office.
• At local e-Dhara Kendra you can be request for RoR print. Please note that you must have Survey Number, Khata Number, Farm Name or Khatedar Name with you while the requesting RoR print.
• Operator will be confirm records information first then will print 7/12 or 8A from the computer.
• e-Dhara Dy Mamlatdar or any nominated personnel signs and stamps requested computerized RoR, which is the handed around to you.
• Note:
• User charges of Rs. 15/- are the collected.
