Once again, inflation has hit the general public one more time. The price of a 14.2 kg cooking gas cylinder has been increased. Its price has been increased by Rs 50 per cylinder. LPG cylinders will now cost Rs 1,053 in Delhi and Rs 1,053 in Kolkata. 1079 and Rs. 1068.50 will be available from today. The price of 14.2 kg cylinders as well as small 5 kg domestic cylinders has also gone up. Its price has been increased by Rs 18 per cylinder.  

An increase of Rs 50 per cylinder has been made.

On the other hand, the price of a 19 kg commercial cylinder has been reduced. The price has been reduced by Rs 8.50 per cylinder. However, the relief is not much, as the price of commercial cylinders also went up a few days ago.

The new price of a 14.2 kg cooking gas cylinder has come into effect from July 6, which means that if you book a cylinder today, you will now have to pay Rs 1,053 instead of Rs 1,003.

On March 22, 2022, the price of cooking gas was increased by Rs 50 from Rs 899.50

to Rs 949.50, but the inflation did not stop there and again on May 7, 2022 Once Rs. 50 were raised. After the hike, the price of a cooking gas cylinder went up from Rs 949.50 to Rs 999.50.
